Chicago and Illinois Among Highest Unemployment Rates in the United States

The new Bureau of Labor Statistics report notes the Chicago Metropolitan Area’s 6.2% unemployment as the highest in the country. It’s time for a serious change in approach to bring real economic recovery and job growth to our communities.
